A bit of detail about different genre's of music

Genre

Genre is not just found in books, film or TV. Genre is the man factor which makes music. Without different genre's of music, music would be boring and very mainstream. The main three music genre's which have developed are pop, rock and rap. All three of these genre's have many different sub genre's but when we don't call them sub genre's like we do for film or TV. 

A genre of music made up of more than one genre is known as fusion genre.

1. "A fusion genre is a music genre that combines two or more genres. For example, rock and roll originally developed as a fusion of blues, gospel music and country music. The main characteristics of fusion genres are variations in tempo, rhythm, and style." Example of these fusion genre's can be: punk rock, pop rock,  metal rock, rock rap, electric metal and many many more, the list goes on.

As for me, I am a huge music fan and I thought the best way to decide what genre I am going to base mine and jessie's music video around was one which we both like and will enjoy working with.
